Forensic Psychology Consultancy (FP Consultancy) is an independent practice of Psychologists with expertise in working with offenders, victims and those at risk. Services are offered to legal representatives, criminal justice, social and health agencies. We can help to understand criminal behaviour by applying the most up-to-date and evidence-based psychological theories and tools. Our aim is to deliver this in a professional, competitive and accessible manner.

Expert witness services

Our Psychologists are experienced in providing a range of expert witness services for criminal and family court proceedings, Parole Board reviews and mental health tribunals.

Specialist Assessments

In addition to assessments of offending behaviour, we are able to offer more specialist services. For example assessments of intellectual difficulties, autism, brain injury and for young people.

Training, consultancy and supervision

Our Psychologists deliver a range of staff training events relating to psychology and criminal behaviour. We also provide consultancy to various services and supervision for staff and trainees.

Therapy

Psychological therapy can help address factors that impact on well-being and cause offending behaviour. We aim to provide therapy that is delivered in a collaborative and responsive manner, with a focus on the individual and helping to create opportunities for success.
